Rules and Regulations

1. All rounds will be virtual.
2. Each team consists of 2-4 members.
3. Registration starts on December 1, 2020 and ends on December 14, 2020.
4. All team members should be from the same institute.
5. No limit on the number of teams from each college.
6. Team members can be from first year, second year or a combination of both. Students from the part-time, executive MBA program or undergraduate courses are not eligible to participate.
7. No participant can be a part of more than one team for the same event and multiple registrations by a single participant will lead to cancellation of candidature.
8. Teams should register with a name which does not reflect the name of their B-School or city where the college is located.
9. No entries will be accepted after the deadline. Participants will not be allowed to change their entries once submitted.
10. No registration fee for the event.
11. Teams who do not follow the rules and regulations at any stage of the event will be disqualified.
12. In case of any dispute, the decision of the judges and the organizing committee will be final.

Round 0 - Online Quiz

1. Round 0 will be an online quiz.
2. This will be an elimination round.
3. There will be no negative marking.
4. The Team Leader will play the quiz on behalf of the team.
5. There will be 20 multiple choice questions to be solved in 12 minutes.
6. The quiz will test the knowledge of the participants around brands, logos, famous advertisements, and general marketing.
7. Details of further rounds will be communicated to the qualifying teams.

Round 1 - Case Study Round

1. Qualifying teams will be given a case study and will have to submit the solution in the form of a PPT, along with an advertising campaign for the same. The campaign can be in the form of a poster or a video.
2. The presentation should NOT contain more than 8 slides (including the Introduction and Thank You slide) and the last date of submission is December 25, 2020.
3. The teams will present their case-study solutions to the judges on an online platform.
4. The time allotted for each presentation will be 8 minutes followed by 2 minutes of Q&A session by the judges.
5. Presentations submitted in Round 1 will be used for the final presentation. No alterations to the PPT would be allowed post submission.
6. Participants should not use the name or logo of their institute in the PPT deck.
